David Bloniarz

Dr. David Bloniarz is an Urban Forester with an extensive background in urban forest management and landscape design. David holds a Masters Degree in Landscape Architecture and a Doctorate in Urban Forestry from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst. Presently Dr. Bloniarz is Project Director of the USDA Forest Service' Northeast Center for Urban and Community Forestry at the University of Massachusetts/Amherst. His work focuses on the development of innovative urban forest initiatives in the six New England states plus New York, and the transfer of information, technology, and research on urban forest issues to the region. Dr. Bloniarz is a Massachusetts Certified Arborist, an International Society of Arboriculture Certified Arborist and a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects.
